Music Library Admin Automation
I can build custom productivity tools for music libraries using Javascript, HTML, CSS and Google's App Script language. These can help to automate the distribution of composer and album data to sub-publisher networks around the world.
Meta-Data, Keyword and Descriptor Creation
I'm able to create catchy, flowing and intuitive descriptors for albums and tracks to facilitate meaningful searches for your sales teams and clients. I can easily adapt to a specific catalogue naming-style and factor in sales-responsive considerations that are important to your label.
Automated Data Sheet Creation
I can automate the creation of data sheets for your sub-publishers. I've built systems that generate thousands of accurate data points and save my clients hours of tedious error-checking and collation. My bespoke software (MLAB) can output data sheets for Harvest Media's Ingestion Tool and can also be customised to suit whatever data-output needs you have at your label.
Automated Contract Population, Checking and Generation
I'm very familiar with library music contracts and session-musician disclaimers and clearances. I can automate the population of your composers' contracts with details ingested from automation tools I've created, or from your existing admin systems.
PRS Track Registrations
I can provide admin assistance with getting your tracks registered with PRS, as well as utilising subsequent Tunecode and ISWC data in your other systems.
Album Uploads to DSPs and Sub-Publishers
I have a streamlined and heavily automated process for getting albums uploaded to DSPs and sub-publishers and can build scripts and offer admin support in this area.
MLAB
Music Library Admin Bot
MLAB is a bespoke software system I built specifically for indie publishers to save time, money and headaches with common admin tasks.

The system uses a combination of custom JS, PHP and GAS code to automate the processing of composer, song and album meta-data across creative teams.
​
Creative teams can use the software to automatically generate publishing contracts, rename large sets of audio and artwork files and collate data sheets for sub-publishers (including Harvest Media).

Labels
I've built labels and production companies that have created and released numerous PM albums and amassed 1000s of music placements and syncs across the world.
In Production Music
I founded In Production Music in 2006 and since then it's tracks have been used in Emmy winning TV shows, global top 10 selling video games and blue chip TV advertising campaigns.

I'm the lead composer and producer of the catalogue and work with a team of around 15-20 co-writers, producers and engineers to create the output.

Our publisher clients and credits include: Universal, BMG and Sony as well as several well-respected PM indie labels.

I'm the co-founder and Operations Director of Electrophone Music, a boutique label whose mission is to provide a sonic treasure trove for discerning media editors and creatives.

I've helped the company build an independent sub-publishing portfolio of 15 partners world-wide, providing operational infrastructure to fellow directors and our team of writers and producers.
